Role Overview
Lefty is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to turn our industry-leading influencer data into compelling narratives. Sitting at the intersection of Content Strategy and Data Analysis, you will be responsible for extracting raw data from the Lefty platform and transforming them into high-value content, trend forecasts, and strategic insights that help the world’s biggest brands optimize their influencer marketing ROI.
The ideal candidate is part data-scientist, part market-researcher, and part creative-strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Data Storytelling: Analyze datasets from the Lefty platform to produce weekly, monthly,quarterly, annually industry reports.
Data Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and visual assets that make complex influencer data easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
Content Bridging: Collaborate with the Marketing and Insights team to validate "gut feelings" about trends with hard data.
Trend Forecasting: Monitor real-time shifts in social media algorithms and influencer behavior to predict the "next big thing" in the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in data analysis, market research, or digital strategy (preferably within the SaaS, AdTech).
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel is a must. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is highly preferred.
Market Intuition: A deep understanding of the social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the mechanics of influencer marketing.
Communication: Ability to write clearly and persuasively, turning a spreadsheet into a narrative that a CMO would find valuable.
Education: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
