WE ARE ONA is a creative studio specializing in the design and production of 360° culinary experiences in France and internationally. Based in Paris and New York, we collaborate with prestigious brands, primarily in luxury, fashion, art, and the broader creative industries.
We deliver between 70 and 100 events per year across three main territories: France / Europe / USA. Operating as both a culinary creative studio and a production agency, our main clients come from the Luxury industry, Fashion, Design, Beauty,and Fine dining.
We support projects end-to-end, from creative concept to full-scale production and culinary execution while our core expertise resides in delivering fine dining experiences with ambitious, tailor-made scenography in complex environments.
As part of the Events Department, the Account Manager reports to the Head of Events, working in close collaboration with the sales team.
You will be dedicated to our Key Accounts and will be at the heart of the agency’s project execution for this account:
The Account Manager handles and manages the project from A to Z and is therefore responsible of the rythme given for each team (Creative / F&B / Production) from the first call to the post-mortem of the event.
MISSIONS
1. Client Relationship Management
As the main point of contact for our key accounts, your goal is to facilitate a seamless project experience from beginning to end.
Daily Management: Lead the day-to-day relationship, including operational, commercial, and marketing workstreams.
End-to-End Oversight: Act as the primary lead for all ongoing projects, overseeing everything from pre-production to the final post-mortem.
Process Simplification: Take the "heavy lifting" off the client by streamlining communication and internal workflows.
Maintain strategic knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry and its evolution.
Deep understanding of luxury codes and guidelines to apply in every deliverable following your clients DNA and universe.
2. Project Management (Events & Special Projects)
Project Oversight: Act as the operational interface between internal project links and the client, from the initial brief to final execution.
Resource Planning: Manage and plan resources for each project.
Budget & Scheduling: Construct and lead budgets; prepare and monitor project timelines.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate Design, F&B, and Production teams at every project stage.
Quality Control: Follow up on projects, manage feedback loops/corrections, and ensure deliverables strictly align with client briefs.
Event Production: Coordinate on-site all production-related aspects: scenography, technical and creative vendors, staffing, etc.
Logistics: Bridge the gap between brand needs and internal teams, managing all associated logistics.
3. Financial Management
Draft commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee the entire sales cycle.
Follow the invoicing processes by establishing quotes and invoices in collaboration with the finance and accounting teams
Ensure the profitability of the account and the valuation of the agency’s work.
PROFILE
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top Business School or specialized Communications program.
Passion: You have a genuine passion for gastronomy.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Account/Project Manager or a first experience as an Account Director, either in an event production agency or within the Events/Communications department of a luxury House.
Expertise: You have already led the deployment of several international event projects and have experience managing a team.
Skills: Strong project management skills and a high sensitivity to creative industries (luxury, fashion, art, design).
Traits: You combine creative sensibility with commercial acumen, rigor, and high standards.
Interpersonal: Excellent relationship-building skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders daily. You are autonomous and independent in your execution.
Mindset: A team player, convincing, and proactive. You demonstrate great reactivity and a sharp sense of organization.
Languages: Fluent French and English are essential.
Technical: Perfect command of PowerPoint & Excel (Google Suite).
Plus: Valid Driver’s License (Permis B).
